Emmanuel's Take-Away, located at 3 Callide Street in Biloela, Queensland, is a standout fish and chips takeaway that delivers generous portions, exceptional flavors, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. This local gem masterfully balances the classic charm of traditional Australian takeaway with a rich menu that caters to everyone—from hungry travellers to locals working hard in the region.
The heart of Emmanuel’s menu shines in their hearty burgers, with options like the legendary Steak Works Burger and the crowd-favorite Bushmans Burger. Each burger is a mouthwatering masterpiece, boasting big, juicy patties topped with fresh, crispy salads, crispy bacon, eggs, and even a hint of pineapple fritters that add a unique twist to the flavor profile. Customers rave about how you’ll need two hands to conquer their mince burgers, highlighting just how satisfyingly substantial these meals are.
Of course, being a fish and chips specialist, Emmanuel’s serves up enormous, flaky fish fillets coated in perfectly thin, crunchy batter that crackles with every bite. The menu also offers an impressive variety of other favorites, such as the Hunger Buster Burger for those with a big appetite, and a range of chicken options including quarter or half chickens served with salad and/or chips. Don’t overlook their unique items like the En Gravy Roll or the Steak Sandwich, delivering nostalgic, hearty takeaway meals done right.

Review on Trip Advisor was really good so tried this place out. Just as the reviews said, excellent customer service, very clean shop and extremely tasty food. MASSIVE pieces of fish (1 was enough for 2 people), thin crunchy batter and yummy chips! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Classic hamburgers (mince burger). Need two hands to eat. Comes with beetroot otherwise wouldn't be a real burger. Chips in meal deal is more than generous. How can Macca's exist with this place around. Seems to be popular with locals.

We were travelling through Biloela and randomly chose this place for a takeaway. Absolutely amazing. The best works burgers (and pineapple fritters) we have had in years! Lightly toasted bread rolls packed with fresh crispy salads, big juicy patties, bacon, eggs, pineapple etc, and some magic little sauce ingredient.Friendly service, spotlessly clean cafe, and all cooked in front of us. Wish we had room for the fish and chips too... it looked wonderful. Hopefully get to try it on the way back home!
